Relational JCO Connection Configurations

1. As mentioned in the link below, we have completed the configurations from "Manual Configuration" section.

2. Even after these configuration we are getting following error while testing Relation JCO connection (Enterprise Authentication).

com.sap.connectivity.cs.java.drivers.DBDError: [Data Federator Driver] [Server] [Connector 'testSourceConnection1378804867420'] An error occurred while trying to ping the server: Could not start JCo Server. See the trace log file 'dev_jco_rfc.trc' for more details.

3. On searching for more information on the error, we found following document on SAP Integration Kit Installation and configuration for BO 3.x. It mentions following settings on BW side for BO-BW communication (Page 33 to 42).

I would like to know if the above steps are required for BO 4.0 SP4 version as well.
