Hii all,

I am trying to create the abode forms but when i open the layout section , it shows a pop-up with the message '' COULD NOT START LAYPUT DESIGNER (See Long Text)'' .. what it means ??

Hi Nitin,

Please install the latest version of Adobe Live Cycle Designer 9.0 so that it cannt throw the errors like

Http  soap exceptions and Adobe Access rights certifications.

  Please install ADLC(Adobe Livecycle Designer) on your system.

I am guessing you do not have Adobe Livecycle Designer installed on your workstation/laptop/PC. You have to have that installed "local" in order to work on Adobe forms via the GUI.

If you DO have it installed, then it is likely a security issue not allowing you to run it.
