Unable to view zip files using payload zip bean module

I have to zip all the files in the receiver adapter using payload zip bean and post it to a target location. I could post the files in zip format but am unable to unzip those from the target. Please guide me on the steps for configuring such a scenario.

Hi Sathish,

As you are not able to unzip the files, files are not zipped properly.

Check the sender adapter log to check if there is any warning message.

Try zipping one file, then go for multiple file zipping.

I tried executing the scenario on my sandbox where I could unzip the files in the target location, but when i try the same scenario in my client system I am not able to unzip those files and that is my issue.

What kind of scenario had you developed?. File to File?, are you using binary mode in the adapter?

It is a normal xml file to file scenario and I am using binary mode.

The problem could be that the file is corrupted, the system can't acces, etc. Please, can you tell us the exception or the problem more exactly?. Please go to RWB communication channel monitoring or the adapter monitor and check the problem.

RWB does not show any error and the file in zip format is available in the target location but I'm unable to unzip the file in the target location.
