Conversion Indicator not set

Hi,

We have a situation where planned orders are not getting converted to process orders as conversion indicator is not set for them.

1. Integration model is active

2. Transfer to R/3 In-House Production is set as always create transfer events (default)

Master is an old one. We have created  planned orders for this combination in the past. Where conversion indicator was visible as set and hence process orders were created.

Kindly Help. Thanks in advance.

Regards,

Sachin.

Hii Sachin,

Check whether Production/process order IM  is active or not.

If Planned order is already has conversion indicator, and IM is also active , check whether any  Inbound Queue stuck in ECC (Transaction SMQ2), due to faulty master data issue. If yes correct the mater data and re process the queue.

or else check in  CIF delta report (/n /sapao/ccr), whether there is any inconsistency and try to reconcile both system(ECC & APO).
