Deactivating Output Type for VF03

Hi ,

I have this peculiar requirement for supressing one of the output type RD00 for VF03 transaction.Although I am doing this with VOFM transaction by creating

Output Control Routine for the same but  I am not able to do the same.If anybody can throw some light on creation of Output Control would be helpful for me.

Hi,

Check RD00 output conditions in NACE transaction.

1) either you can set subrc = 4 in your routine, which will suppress the output. (once you create the routine make sure you have regenerated to main program using RV80HGEN).

2) or using configuration, take out the condition for RD00. This becomes more generic, as the output will not be triggered for the condition type that you have maintained. Goto NACE-->click V3 and click output conditions. This will show popup for condition type. take out the condition that you dont want RD00 to be triggered.

Hi Shantanu,

I think you can delete the Control records created for this Output type RD00 in NACE transaction.

From the condition records, SAP pick the applicability of the Output type and sets it for the Document.

I hope this helps you in stopping the Output type triggers
