GRC 5.3 to 10.0 upgrade

Dear All,

     We are trying to upgrade GRC 5.3 to GRC 10.0, we have done all the configuration part. When trying to upload rules, we uploaded with one table i.e, VIRSA_CC_RISK but still there are 8 tables i.e ,

VIRSA_CC_FUNC
VIRSA_CC_FUNCACT
VIRSA_CC_FUNCBP
VIRSA_CC_FUNCPRM
VIRSA_CC_RISKFUNC
VIRSA_CC_RISKT
VIRSA_CC_RULESET
VIRSA_CC_RISKRS

Please let me know whether we need to upload all or any one table is enough.

After uploading VIRSA_CC_RISK, we tried to find the risk in the roles, but we are getting 500 exception and timed out even for simple role.

Please let me know the solution ASAP.

you sure you are migrating?

Then please download migration guide and export data using migration tool and import the exported data.

Hi Prasant,

     Before Migrating first we need have uploaded table VIRSA_CC_RISK to present GRC system. we are checking for Risks in a Role by executing Role level risk. So if it gives any conflicts or any message that no violations then we will go for migration.

In migration guide i dont find any of these tables.

IN GRC 10 you wont find these table.

in se16 check for Table starting with GRAC for access control.

or do  1 thing.. download ruleset from GRC5.3

then go to spro>GRC>Access Control>SOD> then upload sod ruleset.

ensure you have connector and evrything maintained.

Have you looked at the Migration Guide in SAP Marketplace under Release & Upgrade Info > Analytics > Governance, Risk and Compliance > Access Control > Release 10.0?

Hi,

     In migration guide i dont find any tables as above, before migrating i am checking risk for one role with uploading single table VIRSA_CC_RISK.
