Issue with GATP t:code /SAPAPO/ATPQ_KCGRP_U

Hi Experts,

While updating  consumption from /SAPAPO/ATPQ_KCGRP_U - Global ATP -> Product Allocation Assignment: Update.

I am get below error message.

Internal document number KWuNVo0C1Q}X0000W{I4bG does not exist.

Message no. /SAPAPO/MPIT001

I checked some notes but it is applicable for release 4.6. Our system is SCM 5.0

Do you have any solution for this ?

Hello,

It means that you still have assignments in the database attached to

sales order already deleted, archived etc..

I suspect that you recently ran report SDORDER_DEL deleting orders in

APO database but not the relevant PAL assignments.

To correct the situation please do the following :

Go to transaction : /SAPAPO/ATPQ_CHKUSG

Option 3 - Allocation w/o order

Select all and button delete with incoming order qty (if you want the DP

updated as well).
