Activity sequence for customs procedure cannot be determined

Hello All,

I have configured GTS: Customs Processing Management. While transferring the Billing Document from Feeder System to GTS system, I am getting the error in SLG1 (GTS System) as below.

Activity sequence for customs procedure 04 cannot be determined

Message no. /SAPSLL/API_INBOUND053

Diagnosis

The system was unable to determine the activity sequence for customs
procedure Export / R.

The following parameters were used for determination:
Target procedure
04- Export / R
Authorization not found

Procedure

Check whether an activity sequence has been defined for customs procedure
Export / R ( Activity Sequence
Defined ).
Then, define Determination for
Activity Sequence.

I am using GTS 10.1 and already assigned the Activity Sequence to the legal regulation in the path SPRO --> Global Trade Services --> Customs Management --> Communication Processes --> Define Determination for Activity Sequence

If it is a generic error, could you please let me know for which program I need to debug, as it is a synchronous call?

Hi Rahul,
