stock not going to inspection on migo against outbound delivery

Hi Friends ,

We are doing STO via SD :

PO - Delivery - Transfer Order ( LT03)  - Confirmation of Transfer Order (LT12) - PGI - Migo agasint outbound delivery .

I ahve actiavted inspection type 01 in material for bothe suplying and receiving plant . But still while doing MIGO stock type is unrestricted . Also I have noticed in STO also , stock type is unrestricted . I am not able to find why stock type in migo is unretricted even when 01 inspection type is activated . Any help . We are doing migo against outbound delivery with mvmt type 101 only

Check in configuration whether QM has been deactivated or not:

QM - Quality Inspection - Inspection Lot creation - Inspection at Goods movement

101 - GR for PO - Stock Transport Order - No Consumption

Also, post screen shot of 08 Inspection type in the Material master.

I hope, the attached screen shots are for Receiving plant.

Even tried 08 in receiving plant as prefferred one . but still i m not getting and all the QM settings were done before starting the cycle

Looking at your screen print above, have you actually TRIED to save the MIGO yet?  Just because you see the stock type listed as "unrestricted" doesn't necessarily mean you won't get the inspection lot.

Hi,

Please follow the steps -

1. Maintain UD selected set - Z01, in inspection type 08 -

SPRO - Quality Management - Quality Inspection - Inspection lot creation - Maintain inspection type - 08(inspection type) - UD selected set - Z01

2. Assign this inspection type 08 in receiving plant material

3. Settings which you have maintain for 08 is enough but you can tick on 100% inspection

4. Select stock type - Quality inspection in your STO-PO manually

5. Now create outbound delivery with VL10B and do the PGI

6. Do the GRN against outbound delivery and you can also select stock type as quality inspection if you have missed in STO-PO

7. You will see the lot no. against your material in QA32 for 08 inspection

Any doubt please revert..

It seems MMR settings are correct only. Had you tried to click on Check button the MIGO item after you entered all the relevant information? Just check once again. Also check once whether the Stock type "Quality inspection" is there in STO item under delivery tab.

1. PO creation

2. Execute tcode by VL10D

3. Billing doc. VF01

4. Excise invoice for factory sale

5. GR of outbound delivery by mov. type 101

After this Inspection lot created in receiving plant with inspection type 01.

Is the delivery created from an order created AFTER you made all the QM settings?

SAP is not retro-active.
