Up-gradation Of Solution Manager from 7.0 ehp1 to 7.1

Dear Sap Gurus ,

We are planning to upgrade our solution manager as the support for 7.0 ehp1 is going to end in coming days.

But we are unable to know that from where we need to start the process.

Currently in our solution manager we are only using two features as far as i know the solution manager , but we want to use the other features of solution manager as well.

Please suggest.
