Which MySQL client to install to access BO 4.0 Audit database from another server ?

Hi Experts,

My current landscape is BOE 4.0 SP4 with default installation of CMS and Audit database. Now, I want to create an ODBC connection to the audit database from another BO server so that I can prepare usage report from both servers. Any idea which MySQL client to install ? Version and 32bit/64 bit ?

Hi Arijit,

Please check Product Availability Matrix (PAMs) on below link for BO 4.x:

For BI 4.0 SP4, supported MySQL version for Audit database is MySQL AB v5.1 and supported connector is MySQL C-API . Only 64-bit middleware will be supported.
