Hello
Why are you changing the password of SAPSR3DB ?
Is the ABAP stack up and running ?
Could you run R3trans -d and provide the output from the trans.log file ?
Regards
RB

Hello Nainesh
First of all you have a non standard Oracle installation for the SAP system.
ORACLE_HOME=D:\app\Administrator\product\11.2.0\dbhome_1
Check whether the ORACLE_HOME set is the right one.
Please follow this SAP note and update the Oracle client
Note 998004 - Update the Oracle Instant Client on Windows

RB
hi Nainesh,
You are getting issue due to Listener. So, Please have a look at below note and link.
SAP Note 443867 - ORA-12154 Collective SAP note
ora-12154-tnscould-not-resolve-service-name
Regards,
maybe you have problems with your environment.
from the trace above:
charset='UTF16', ncharset='AL16UTF16',
SAP does not support UTF16, it just supports UTF8.
there should be an environment variable
NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.UTF8
the ORA-12154 also suggests, that the wrong TNS-Configuration is used.
Would be very nice to figure out WHICH administrative action did lead into these very fundamental startup problems.
We could better help, if we get an idea what has been change to this system (which obviously was running some days ago)
regards
Peter
Hello
Is the ABAP stack up and running ?
You ABAP stack uses SAPSR3 schema user.
The SAPSR3DB schema is used by the Java stack.
The error from the trans.log file is ORA-12154:
OCIServerAttach(OCI_DEFAULT) failed with -1=OCI_ERROR 38 9.018494
4 ETW000 [ dev trc,00000] OCIServerAttach(OCI_DEFAULT) failed with SQL error 12154: 61 9.018555

Check this SAP note:
Note 443867 - ORA-12154 Collective SAP note
You need to first get the ABAP stack up and running
Regards
RB
The user is not the problem.
As long you get ORA-12154, the database to which you want to connect could not be figured out.
The files
tnsnames.ora
sqlnet.ora
in the directory TNS_ADMIN (if set as an environment variable)
or ORACLE_HOME\network\admin
are relevant for the network connection on the client side.
On the database server side:
sqlnet.ora
listener.ora
from ORACLE_HOME\network\admin
furthermore
the value of environment variable ORACLE_SID (sqlplus) or dbs_ora_tnsname (r3trans, disp+work) are used as a key in this files.
I just tried to get a common direction to what problem we are talking about:
you started with - disp+work is not starting, without having a deeper look into the root cause.
next we see that r3trans is not able to load the database library - fixed or not?
next you tried to change the database password in the java secure store for the schema owner of the java stack - which is not used at all by r3trans and disp+work why that?)
next problem is that the database network configuration is not OK (ORA-12154)
as long you got an 12154, you don't need to look at valid username/password combinations, because your database client program is not able to connect to the database and use username/password in this connection.
One again: which administrative action starts this disaster? System copy via copying files from one computer to the next one?
peter
Dear Peate
I able to login and change password for sapsr3 and thrue brtools
please there is no probelm of sap connection to SAPSR3 user and my system all ready work from last 6 moth no problem and second that my database and sap are on one window system and this system work fine last 6 moth and problem where arise after sapsr3db user expire and i unlock form sql this my mastic from my side,,,

Hello
Can you paste the output of trans.log file after executing R3trans -d ?
Also provide the latest dev_w0, dev_ms and dev_disp
Make sure the Oracle instant client files are present.

Hi Nainesh,
Additionally check the section from the SAP note specified by me
2. Changing the password of the SAP Java schema
----------------------------------------------
Example of a database server call:
brconnect -u / -c -f chpass -o SAPSR3DB -p <password> -s java
Example of an application server call:
brconnect -u system/<sys_pwd> -c -f chpass -o SAPSR3DB -p <sap_pwd> -s java -RDB
With this call, you change the password for the database user SAPSR3DB (Java schema) both in the database and in the Java secure storage. On an application server, BRCONNECT must connect as DBA (for example, SYSTEM) with the database. In addition, you must set the special option "-RDB" (remote database).
If you do not set the option "-s|-secstore", BRCONNECT still tries to change the password in the Java secure storage for the Java database user SAP<SAPSID>DB.
This action must be executed with the OS user <sapsid>adm.
Note 1:
To change the database password in Java secure storage, the Java application server must be stopped.
Note 2:
A password change for the Java schema is successful only if the following Java jar file exists:
On Unix: /usr/sap/<SAPSID>/SYS/global/sltools/sharedlib/checkKeyPhrase.jar
On Windows: X:\usr\sap\<SAPSID>\SYS\global\sltools\sharedlib\checkKeyPhrase.jar
This is normally always the case on Java systems that are based on SAP NetWeaver 7.3X. Some (newer) 7.1X/7.2X systems also contain this file. However, 7.0X systems do not have it. A downport is planned for 2013.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Deepak Kori
HI Nainesh,
Please run the commands as mentioned above by Deepak, Issue will be resolve if these commands successfully run.
brconnect -u / -c -f chpass -o SAPSR3DB -p <password> -s java
Example of an application server call:
brconnect -u system/<sys_pwd> -c -f chpass -o SAPSR3DB -p <sap_pwd> -s java -RDB
Regards,
Hi Nainesh,
Please attach the dev_disp and dev_w0 logs from the work directory.

kartik

Hi Nainesh,
From the error message it appears that dbsl libraries are not able to load.
Could you stop all the SAP services including sapstartsrv.
Then copy all the new kernel files which has been extracted from SAPEXE.SAR & SAPEXEDB.SAR files.
Then firstly check results for R3trans -d. It should be 000.
Start SAP system after this update and check the results.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Deepak Kori
Hi Nainesh,
Log files in the work directory will always have the new and .old extension files, as the logs files are overwritten by the latest entry. Looking at the date and time, everything is logged today only.
Please look into this note
1860519 - SAP fails to connect to the database
regards
kartik
Loading Library dboraslib.dll failed.
Possible reasons:
Please have a look into the version of disp+work.exe, dboraslib.dll in D:\usr\sap\ASL\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64 by opening the folder in windows explorer (rightclick on the exe -> Properties -> Version Tab) if you are running on Windows Server 2003.
As of Windows Server 2008 you have to use the powershell, because Microsoft has removed some (relevant) information from the version info tab of the Explorer).
Using powershell:
(dir D:\usr\sap\ASL\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64\disp+work.exe).versioninfo | format-list
repeat this command for all relevant executables and DLLs.
kind regards
Peter
