Urgent Change document got "There is no active tasklist in the assigned project" error

Dear Expert,

I've encountered an unusual error here.

I've created separate project for normal change (ZERPN01) and urgent change (ZERPU02) both have identical logical system.

For Normal change, everything is smooth until transport to PRD. For Urgent change, after I approve the Request for Change, Urgent Change document generated but this error "There is no active tasklist in the assigned project" occur. Tasklist are active and /tmwflow/charmchk shows all green

I've search for answers and some of them said that it was caused my authorization issue but I've tried to put SAP_ALL but still can't.

I've raised OSS message for this but still no response for 4 days.

Is there any other possible solution for this ?

Dear All,

The problem is solved.

Re-check RFC connections and please note that RFC connections for Solution Manager should be 'Trusted' connection.
