Unable to release Transport Request after Upgradation

Dear Experts,

We  unable release transport request  and old transport request  after upgrade server EHP4 to EHP5.Old transport request showing support mismatching between ehp4 and ehp5. Right now we are in same support package in my landscape with EHP5.

Please help me to resolve below my issue

1)how to release old transport(eh4) request at EHP(5)?

2)Un able release  newly created ticket from DEV after upgradation?

Hello

When doing the import of this Transport file go to the import options of the transport request and ensure the flag "Ignore Invalid Component Version" is checked

1671989  - Does not match component version - when installing transport files

Hi Prabhakaran,

Try to use steps mentioned in OSS note 1581638. It is normally applicale when exporting/importing transport between two systems but try to see if it works in your case.

Hi ,

Before doing update you should relase all TR.

It is preprocessing step.

what issue are you getiing ?

you can configure a virtual system and can relase TR.

Create Transport of copies from old request to new request. Release the new request.

Old request could not released due to SAP version mismatch.

2)Un able release  newly created ticket from DEV after upgradation?

Please check whether TMS is configured correctly. If configuration is correct, please share the detailed logs
