BP cant asign the Proposed Solution Status

Hello Experts, we have two BPs who their users have the same roles, but one cant put this status and the other one can do it. The Error is in the following image:

After this I put the BP in the employee tab (It was empty)

It is the Ppoma_crm image

and the log

I dont know why after assigning the BP in the employee tab He still cant put the Proposed Solution Status
