ALRTCATDEF Alerts (Add Material Number in Subject)

I am using standard alert categories and rules to genearte alerts.

I have a new requirement for one of my interfaces to add Material Number in the subject of these emails.

and also the email receipeent will be sent in the payload that I need to send the email to.

Please advice.

in order to send the alert to recipients we need to maintain user in the system with having email id.

No, its is not possible to attach input field in Alert email.

Instead of sending payload as attachment in email, we can use the container variable SXMS_MSG_GUID concatenated with the url to show message. Alert email receiver can click the link to see the payload details.
