error: Cannot find at least one of the preceding orders

Hello Experts,

I'm trying to send deliveries to TM and I'm getting the following error:

"Cannot find at least one of the preceding orders"

and it cannot generate DTR's.

If I have the configurations to send Sales Order and generate OTR's and after send deliveries, DTR's are generate.

Does somebody have any ideia why DTR is not generate without the related OTR?

Is there any configuration that links both?

Hello Renato,

If you have Order and Deliveries integration, the import of a delivery is only done if the its related SO was correctly imported in TM...

And of course, if you have 2 deliveries for the same order, the first must be imported correctly before the second...
