Auto ID 7.1 Auto-ID cockpit

Hi,

We recently did AII 7.1 installation on top of NW 7.3 EHP1 ABAP.When we try to run Auto-ID cockpit it opens browser after giving login details it gives 500 error and generate st22 dump . Is there any specific configuration needs to be done.I have activated all the AIN* sicf services and my ID also have Super admin role.What else is missing.

This error is due to OSS note 1671725 installed from SAPKB73107, there is a side effect which was corrected  with OSS note 1822356

Install the OSS note 1822356, will solve your issue.

P.S. If your on SAPKB73108, this OSS note is pre-delivered.. there might be a different reason for the issue.

What is the Service Pack level for your basis component..?

is it SAPKB73107..?
