how long does it take for a moderator to approve a new discussion.  I submitted a new discussion 4 hours ago and it is still not showing.

It will not take that Much of Time..It will take Max 15-20min....

It will come to your  id once got approved.

Hi Timothy,

SCN moderators work in different time zones, so it can sometimes be the case that you have posted in, say, CET, but a moderator is based in the US or Asia. This can account for a delay of several hours.

Not everyone who posts to SCN goes into automatic moderation - - this happens to "newbies" and others who have yet to cement their SCN credentials. Take a look at this helpful post which outlines Overcoming the "moderation trap".

I see you have set up three SCN profiles, but none have your photo and bio, indicate where you work or if you are an independent contractor, etc. This is one likely reason you are always thrown into moderation:

I would suggest that you fill out your SCN Profile details and try to post via just one vs three profiles. Take a look at this helpful post explaining how to Create and Manage Your Profile.
