How to configure a default font size to insert the form

Hi friends.

I see in development of forms, that new inserted elements in the forms, have always the font Arial, size 10.

How to configure a default font size to insert, new elements, on the form ?

Is there a way to configure default font and size ?

Also : Is there a way to configure how new elements apears on the form ? Like Label above or left of element ?

We Can configure the default font and size in the Layout, menu Edit---->Form properties.

I could not find this option to font and size like you said. When I get to Edit-->form properties, I can't find font option.

What complete path do I get to this configuration ?
