How to delete extra TO 988-AUFNAHME

Hi :

I post to many TO in 988 aufnahme without GR , so available stock is minus.

How to reverse this?

A confirmed TO cannot be cancelled.

that like a train ticket. if you have a ticket from Mumbai to New Dehli and you have arrived in New Dehli (TO confirmed) then you cannot cancel this trip. you have to book a new trip back.

so you need to create new TOs to move the excess stock from the bin to 998, this should make 998 zero and the correct quantity remains in the bins

I suppose you meant storage type 998.  You have done stock removal from 998 storage type when there was 0 stock there. So it is negative now.  Well, removal of stock from 998 for putaway in actual bins is done only at the time of initial stock upload 561mvt only.  Now you have created extra stock at WM level by doing this, although you have less stock at IM level. 

If you still have the stock at WM level actual bins, you can create TOs from movement to 998 AUFNAHME. It will solve the problem. You must be having stock somewhere at WM level which u can use to close the negative stock at 998.
