Hi Dimtri,

I have checked the system and it looks fine.I am not sure why it is saying No adapter registered for EDISeparator channels.

Here is the deployed B2B components screenshot :

Hi Ruchi,

I see that your B2BTOOLKIT component is on patch level 2. That is really low.

Please try to upgrade to the latest patch level available.

After that, please refresh the adapter metadata in the ESR and re-create the communication channel, based on that new adapter metadata.

Test again and post the result in this thread.

Kind regards,

Dimitri

Hi Dimitri,

Issue is solved.

In NWA, Java applications, there was a service for this ediSeparator, which was in Stop state.Starting that service has solved our issue.

Many thanks,

Ruchi

Hi Ruchi,

This is again a thread were you face problems using the new B2B add-on. Are you really sure all relevant components are downloaded and deployed correctly? Can you make a screenshot of

  • deployed B2B components
  • adapter types available in your system

Make sure to import content into your ESR (file B2BTOOLKIT1001_2-10011005.ZIP from the Service Marketplace) and provide content to the EDI content manager (file PIB2BCONTENT01_5-20009370.ZIP)

Kind regards,

Dimitri

Hi Ruchi

Perform CPA Cache refresh

http://host:port/CPACache/monitor.jsp

And check this note

1579878 - No adapter registered for this channel - PI/XI  & restart the java engine
