ARA- Risk Analysis result shows as BLANK by Foreground

Hi Experts,

We have installed GRC 10 with SP 12.

I have configured as per the guide "Pre-Implementation From Post-Installation to First Risk Analysis".

When i do the risks analysis on user level in foreground getting result page as BLANK. Its does not shows any values.

But am getting the result by Background.

Initially got the "500 Connection Timed Out" error , and increased the TIMEOUT values in SMICM.

hi,

please provide correct screenshot, and ensure system field is not blank, so as to eliminate RA run on all systems, and thereby 500 error
