condition formula not calculated in header conditions

Hi,

in pricing procedure we have a condition formula that round another value. In items conditions everything works fine

but in header conditions this condition does not have the right values, as you can see next:

Which formula you have assigned to this condition type and what is settings of condition type in V/06? If possible paste the screen of condition in V/06.
