Storage of Incoming Email

Hi All,

Just to check with you guys, where is the incoming email store in SAP? Is there any setting schedule to clean  up the email(with attachment)?

List of incoming email can found in tx-SOIN.

Thanks for highlighting some helpful answer here.

What is the best practice of cleaning up the received document? From the SOOD-EXTCT table, it show K indicator, means it store in KPRO, SAP database.

Hi Kah,

You can use report RSBCS_REORG for deletion and have related note 988057.
