Is there is an available Web Dynpro Range table for ebelp ? such as for ebeln (wpocs_ebeln_range_tab) ?

Unless you need to ensure that your range table is types the same as one used elsewhere (for example if you need to pass it as a parameter to an SAP function module, in which case you would want to type it as the parameter is typed) it would be better to create your own range table. That way if SAP ever deletes or changes theirs, your program won't be impacted.
