CCMS Autoreaction email alert config - SAP PI 7.31 dual stack

Dear Experts,

Can any of you explain me the steps required for CCMS auto reaction alert configuration. Basically alert emails should be sent for any PI errors (like  mapping error, adapter error etc) via CCMS auto reaction  email method. We don't have solution manager as a central monitoring system and hence each PI environment should monitor its own alerts. I've already gone through couple of blogs and docs but they aren't clear. Please help.

Central auto-reaction methods can be created by using the transaction function
“RZ21>Technical Infrastructure>Configure Central System>Assign Central Auto-reactions”

If you are using PI version 7.3, then you can go for component based message alerting which is very easy to configure.
