Dear experts,
We have upgraded the SRM system from 550 to 702 version.
Since the upgrade, opening Questionnaire by the suppliers requires
user and password.
We have one user that has the proper ROLE, and he was maintained at the proper web service, including password.
Can someone help?

Please do check the authorization for that particular user/supplier for which you have created your ROLE .
