i want to add more information in info field 3,
but system does not allow me to add more than 40 character limit,

You can use the long text of the MIC for more than 40 characters.
CSN
Not possible to change the existing lengh and should not be done,as it will reflect somewhere.
Try to explore some othet field in QS21 for your use.

could you pl. suggest any other field in QS21 (other than long text),
is there any possibility to add some custom field or screen exist for this T. code.
