Incomplete Logon Data

We had our Agentry Server with a SAP/Java backend up and working, logging on with users and downloading data.   Today we began getting this error about incomplete logon data and are not sure why.   There have been no changes to the SAP  server other than a reboot of the machine.   There have been no changes to the Agentry server, any of the ini files, dll file or Java code, so I  am unclear as to why we are receiving this error.   What can we check in the setup to fix this?

Please  check if you have write access to the Agentry Client folder. Looks like the password is not passed to Server.

Yes, I  have full control of the Agentry Client folder.

I have full write access to the folders.   In my startup log file I  get the following:08:06:13 01/19/2012: Event: 0, 2, Loading the Agentry Server's public/private key for password exchanges.08:06:13 01/19/2012: Event: 0, 2, Error loading cryptography keys: "Unable to open or read a keystore", Object already exists.Maybe this will help figure out the error.Thanks,Jenny

I was able to get this fixed by running the test environment as administrator.   I'm not sure why the change as I was not having to do this before, but that seemed to fix the issue.   Thanks for all of your suggestions.

Hi,

using SMP 3.0, I get the following lines in the startup.log.

10:29:51 03/27/2014: Starting Agentry (64-bit Windows)

10:29:51 03/27/2014: Event: 0, 2, Loading the Agentry Server's public/private key for password exchanges.

10:29:51 03/27/2014: Event: 0, 2, Error loading cryptography keys: "Unable to open or read a keystore", Das Objekt ist bereits vorhanden.

The KB mentioned above is not available anymore. Can anyone give me a hint where to find the information from the KB or what this message might is all about?
