ITS Service does not work in productive system only

Hi guys,

I am facing an strange problem with ITS Service (ZPP0501_002NMP) just in my productive environment, development and quality clients work perfectly.

The error arise after log on the system and is related to: Template interpretation cancelled, syntax error.

In ST22 I found:

Template "zpp0501_002nmp\99\sapmz006_100.html" contains syntax errors and therefore could not be compiled.

Cause of error:Include "include/sound" not available.

The syntax error is in row: 42, column: 87

The incorrect HTMLB line is:

    " include(~service="itsmobile", ~language="", ~theme="99",  ~name="include/sound.html");"

The program works fine also when I try it directly in SAP, all screens are there with all their futures.

Parameters I have set:

In SE80 I used MOBILE4 generator style.

I have tried by running transaction "siac_publish_all_internal" in order to be sure all services are published, but the problem continue.

Any help will be really appreciated.

Hi Joel,

What Web AS release are you on? Basis SP and Kernel?

In SE80 if you goto service: itsmobile - is there a HTML template called: SOUND.html in the folder: INCLUDE ?

I found SOUND.html template  & TIMER object were missed, so we transported them to NMP but different error message is now showing up:

ITS_UNDEFINED_NAT_FUNCTION

Internal notes

    The termination was triggered in function "ITS_Plugin"

    of the SAP kernel, in line 2120 of the module

     "##################################################################ZCL_ZZLIB_A

    BC_BACK============CP##".

    The internal operation just processed is "----".

    Internal mode was started at 20130909160725.

Productive System environment

    SAP-Release 701

Operating system..... "Windows NT"

Application server... "wixsnemerpp02"

Release.............. "5.2"

SAP kernel....... 721

Patch level. 130

Development System environment

SAP-Release 701

Application server... "nemcinmd"

Operating system..... "Windows NT"

Release.............. "6.2"

SAP kernel....... 721

Patch level. 133

I read previous post describing the same kind of error ans SAP Note 1115979, so I decided to involve Basis people. I will let you know news.

Hi Joel,

I would be suprised if note 1115979 was relevant.

It is an old note.

The following note's may also be relevant (they are more recent notes) that deal with this ITS_UNDEFINED_NAT_FUNCTION

Hi Oisin,

SP from our productive system will be upgraded from 10 to 13, so we would wait until this happen in order to see if the error is fixed. Meanwhile I´m going to check if these notes are useful for us.

Hi Oisin,

Just to share that the root cause of our issue was beacuse SP versión was not updated according our DEV and QA clients.

Once updated everything is working fine.

Case closed.
