Role import failed with Master role does not exist in SP13

Hi there,

We are implementing GRC AC 10 with SP13.

We are trying to import role from nwbc (without BRM) so that the backend roles would be visible for access requests.

Tried to import role with "Skip" under (Role Authorization Source).

Still the import failed with

You need to inlcude master role as well when importing dervired roles.

correct, as there is a column for this in the import spreadsheet, but the initial question is "Does the master role actually exist in the GRC repository for BRM/ARM use?"

have you tried importing the single master roles first? also ensure the parent/child role relation is entered within the import sheet correctly.

you may wish to attach a sample of your import sheet to this discussion.

Please check the Naming convention with configuration and connection name.
