QM General Task List

Dear Experts,

I need to provide functional overview of QM General Task in one my documents in which I need to clearly explain why we are uploading General Task Lists/ Equipment Task list , Dependencies and the prerequisites for the upload. Kindly help me in his regard.

These type of task lists are used in Calibration

Basic difference between Equipment/Genral task list is as the name suggest, equipment task list is specific of a particular equipment whereas general task list can be used for any equipment.

Equipment tasklist -IA01

Pre requisite: Equipment master, inspection point, MIC, Inspection method, sampling procedure etc

General tasklist : IA05

Pre requisite: inspection point, MIC, Inspection method, sampling procedure etc

System will take reference of maintenance plan for equipment in case of general task list.

Hi,

You mean to say Inspection plan (QM task list), if it is then it contains master inspection chara., Inspection method, sampling proc., sampling Drawing procedure i.e. Quality related data.

If you want to check the QC of material then you have to create Inspection plan & assign required MIC, methods in it.

You can mass upload by creating BDC program.

Read his post, he is talking about equipments...there is no inspection plan (and most of the other objects you mentioned) for equipments.
