You can define the total inspection lot qty 'to scrap' as default. Fir this, you need to maintain a UD code and set the 'Posting propose Ud' to 'To scrap' in QS51. (Scroll to right while creating the selected set codes to find this )
And if you need to maintain a fixed qty as default (irrespective of insp lot qty.), then Im afraid I don't know the procedure and would follow the above statement made by our expert Mr Sujit.
in MIC you set in control indicator --> "Scrap share / q-score" . When you take UD the system automatically filled in the field "to scrap" the simple size quantity.
