Quantity Missing in Replenishment Process

Hi,

This issue is regarding short pick in Fixed Bin Replenishment

Business is doing the replenish activity based on the requirement.

Replenishment is happening but for one and two line items the quantity is short picked and it is going to difference quantity and line item is not status OK rather confirmation with difference.

This is issue is happening occasionally.

Your suggestion is appreciated.

It is unclear for me for what exactly you want a suggestion.

Can you rephrase the question?

Do you want to know why there is no quantity? or how you can clear the differences? or why it goes to differences?

Hi Jurgen,

Business is doing a custom transaction for Replenishment Process and the key input values to determine replenishment is OBD number.

The replenishment is for fixed bin.

Now when the custom program executes, system creates TO.

Now in some of the line items in the TO are having problem.In source tab it is showing the source quantity apart from other data but in destination tab for some line items quantities are not being transferred rather it is showing '0'.

I've added screen shots for your understanding.

In destination tab the quantity becomes ‘0’ for line item 18.

move the curstor into the field with the unequal sign and press F1.

SAP explains that this unequal sign shows up if the TO was confirmed with a difference.

And as the destination data quantity  shows zero, it just means that you did not have any stock with the given key fields (material number, grid, bin...)

So you need to investigate what stock you have, and why the information in the TO is different
