Table Control not appearing in ITS HTML Template

HI,

Browsing through the internet, I found only ur post helpful for putting up Table Control in ITS HTML templates.

My requirement is like :

in a bar code scanner, I have to provide a Table in edit mode, where a set of bar codes gets captured in each line item for a particular material (multiple barcodes for each material comprising different data viz. batch name, quantity, shelf life, etc).

while generating the template for the Table control screen, it gives a warning :

Element type TC_MAKT not supported. Element TABLE, screen:

ZDISCO_ITS_GRN_SCANNER 5006

     Message no. ITS_GENERATE_TEMPL106

any inputs ??

Hi Alok,

I suggest to use Step-Loop instead of table control. it can run without problems on RF screens.

Step-Loop is more stable on its and you can use limited screen size more effectively. Check DEMO_DYNPRO_STEP_LOOP program as example.

Thanks for the suggestion.

But here the requirement is specifically for Table control and Earlier for the first time when i created table control and created HTML template thru ITS it perfectly worked out and the Table control with all its functionality got displayed in Internet Explorer. But when I am recreating the template, Below error pops out :

Element type TC_MAKT not supported. Element TABLE, screen:

ZDISCO_ITS_TABLE_CONTROL 1000

     Message no. ITS_GENERATE_TEMPL106

TC_MAKT is of Control type tableview

Suggest if am missing any configuration on the ITS part or populating values in certain reqd. fields.

Hi Alok ,

I have the same Problem in generating template table control is not supported ,did you resolved your Problem please help me.

I think it is due to the SAP Version Problem older Versions do not Support for table control.I am not sure, how did you solved it ?.I am able to see the SAP view in Webbrowser by adding webgui 1 in sicf tcode configuration but it is not the solution please help.

Hi Pallavi,

U can use ALV rather than Table control for ur Application, if that solves purpose.
