SAP_SLD_DATA_COLLECT getting hanged

Dear Experts,

we have scheduled SAP_SLD_DATA_COLLECT job via RZ70 in our ECC system.Most of the time it runs successfully but everyday

once it get hanged.

i checked SLD system also and everything is fine there. I have checked RFC   SLD_UC and SLD_NUC and both working fine.

what might be the issue kindly suggest.kindly find dev_wx file below

Environment:

SAP ECC6

Windows 2008 R2

Oracle 11.3

Hello Sumit,

Did you find the resolution for your issue.

I am facing similar kind of issue........... RZ70 - job is taking unlimited time however not getting complete.

RFC connection is also fine.

Hi Haseena,

Restart target SLD once and then try again.

My issue was solved like this only.

Hello Sumit, thanks for responding.
this is my query:

Restart the Target SLD means?  YSR system in my case, if yes I did tried that option it did not work.

Job is not getting triggered in background when we execute in RZ70.

Hi dear,

i havn't updated kernal but i dnt think this is kernal related issue since sometimes it is processing within 5 sec and sometimes take hrs without any dumps.

Same issue was happening with /BDL_TASK_PROCESSOR job so i deleted this job and decided to schedule it again once i resolve this error.

Hello Sumit,

Check the developer trace file of the background process in which the job hangs.

If possible, place it here.

It seems there is issue with gateway.

Can you please check dev_rd log when you face this issue.

dev_rd file doesn't have any recent entries. last entry was 1 month back.
