Request you to kindly let me know the below
1) List of ECC Roles/Profiles to assign in backend (R3) system???
2) List of Portal roles to assign in the Portal???
3) List of services to activate in the ECC system (SICF or any other place)???

For Information:
I had already created users both in ECC & Portal.
Already Connectivity is established between Portal & ECC.
Required ESS MSS Business Functions are already activated in ECC system.
Required Portal ESS MSS (WD ABAP) Business packages are already deployed in from JSPM.
