Soap reciever channel issue

Hi,

The soap receiver channels are failing in PI 7.0 system.

Error:

Axis: fatal error in invocation: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError
MP: Exception caught with cause com.sap.engine.services.ejb.exceptions.BaseEJBException: Exception in method process.

Steps taken:

Checked the services in VA(Running fine)

Tried to activate the channels in ID

Tried to deploy the axis adapter .sda file but didn't work.

Tried the Full cache refresh and that is never ending as this is production system.

Restarted the system.

Can someone please help me with this issue.

HI,

Since this is production, I assume it was working earlier and suddenly started failing ?

from the error, it looks like an issue with SDA deployment but you mentioned you have already tried re-deployment. Please check the related SOAP services if they are running fine.

There were no patches upgrade recently

Also the soap services are running fine.

                 Were there any version upgrade or patches installed recently on PI server?

This seems to be a BASIS issue. Java classes are suddenly missing, please consult with BASIS team.
