Error in upload the creditcard data

Hi All,

Iam receving the below error in Uploading the credit card data through PRCC.

"File open error"

Previosly I can upload the credit card data through PRCC

Please advise me on this

Hi Naranya

There's a couple of things to consider here;

1 - Is there anything already in the error file (Tcode PRCCE?)  usually it is the case that if there is a credit card file in the error file that you cannot upload another until this is corrected.

2- How is your variant defined for "File is not local"? Is the file saved saved on a network drive and is this being run as a background job at any point?

i) when running in background, the file MUST NOT be saved locally. Subsequently the checkbox 'file is not local' MUST be marked (check the job log too for further errors)

ii) when the file is not local, the file must be saved on a network drive!

Thanks for your Information

I tested all your suggestions, currently there is no error file in PRCCE relating to this employee

I saved my file in templets folder in C drive

Still I am receving the below error.

Is there any error in the job log?

Have you tried creating a test file?  (RPRCCC_CREATE_TESTFILE) and see if this uploads, maybe the file itself is corrupted if the test file is working, in which case you need to contact the provider.

Other than that I am out of ideas, though even with a quick google, there are some other threads on this in the forum - http://scn.sap.com/thread/1984212 is just one example.
