Issue with sender JMS channel

Dear Experts,

We are using PO 7.31(Java only stack), SP07.

We are facing an issue with one of the Sender JMS channel.

The channel shows "GREEN" and "Successfully Connected" but it is unable get any messages from the MQ Queue.

We tried START/STOP,Re-Activate with a dummy change,Created a new channel..etc but nothing worked out.

Can anyone please let me know what might be the issue and how to resolve it.

Are you using any other modules in this channel like request-response bean or swap bean.

please share the screenshots from the JMS channel settings....

Hi,

you can also try to restart JMS application,java stack.

If it is still green and successfully connected check with MQ team if the queue is running.

ask them to check if any messages are sitting in queue.

verify the connections parameters with MQ team.(make sure you are pointing to correct queue)
