Optimizer - Error

Hi Gurus,

While running SNP Optimizer for constraints - getting following error:

"Internal Session terminated with a runtime error (see ST22)"

Message Type: A

Message Class: 00

Message number: 671

And the job gets cancelled

What coud be the reason

Please help

Hi Ramana,

Please check the optimizer log for error details. You can check it in /SAPAPO/SNPOPLOG - Supply Network Planning -> Reporting -> Optimizer Log Data .

You will get the an idea about the error which causing this run time error.

Thank you

On further investigation - the error is occurrin in the step where time series is getting converted into order series

The ST22 says proram name as --> SAPLZAPO_COPY_ORDERS

The process was cancelled & restarted - it got executed

I checked with my team - they say this error keeps occurring - but not frequently

Please help

Please search for OSS note on it. Also raise this issue to SAP.

Check the Log for Further Details /SAPAPO/SNPOPLOG

and Run the Below

1.Run Live Cache Consistency Check and Planning Area Intitalization For that Planning Area

2.Run OM17
