Check Price and Availability Fiori App showing blank page in the browser

Hi Experts,

I have made all the settings mentioned in the Fiori guide for check price and availability Fiori app. Now I am getting only blank page in the browser as below.

I didn't get any errors in the error log. Any notes needs to be implemented? Please suggest.

Please check OData call.

1. Open th eapp in google chrome browser

2. Right click -> inspect element

3. Go to network tab and refresh, Check the OData call URI

4. Go to console tab, check related error

Please also upload the screenshot of network tab.

What is the last OData call? Paste the URL.

What is the last OData call? Scroll up the network tab and find the "/sap/opu/odata/..."

Have you configured app specific parameters in the SIMGH transaction?

Please double check the install guide.

Hi Masayuki,

The configuration tasks mentioned in the 5.7 section was maintained properly in the system.

In SIMGH Transaction, For Check price and availability node, P&A Customer Configuration (Sales Org, Dist Channel and Division) was maintained and the configuration table SRA016_T_CONFIG holding those datas except Sales Order Document type and Price Condition Type as per the step 7 given for the Fiori App (Sec : 5.7 installation guide).

Please suggest.

The screenshot says only $metadata which is the first OData call.

Please find 2nd and 3rd OData call.

You should also check the transaction /IWFND/ERROR_LOG.

Does any other Fiori app work fine? If not your issues is basic technical connection setting issue.

Hi Masayuki,

We installed Fiori apps ( Track sales orders, Track Shipments, Customer Invoices and Check Price and Availability ). We are facing the issue in Check Price and Availability Fiori App only. All the others are working fine.

There is no errors in Gateway system Error log. Please check the Odata call details as below (Only 2 Odata calls are showing like /sap/opu/odata/sap/SRA016_PRICE_AVAIL_SRV in the Network Tab).

Let's check basic things.

+ Is it SP01? or old SP00?

+ any dump in ST22?

+ What is SAPUI5 version? - go to working app and select setting icon on the right-bottom. You get version info.

Thanks for your help.

I have missed one of the mandatory note .

Note 1852767 - Patches for the NW UI Add-on SP04 required for SAP Fiori.

Now Fiori application is working fine.
