Hello - When we put in a request from the End User Page it goes through correclty and works with no issues. However, if we search for the request in NWBC and find the request, the Created By field shows the service ID we used when mainted SICF servies. Any ideas on how we get the Created By field populated with who put in the request?
Hi Joshua,
This is working as per design ..
Created by and Requested By are two different fields having different meaning.
Created by field is a technical field which shows actually who created the request ( system user ) and Requested by field ( Requestor ) is a field which shows the requestor of request and not the technical user behind the scene .
Currently Requestor or Requested By field is not available in search request application which is causing the confusion .
Best Regards,
Aman

Implement the note 1819587 to resolve the issue. Should work fine after that.

Hi Joshua,
This is working as per the design of the application.
If you use End User Logon, the the 'Created by' field would show the name of the user used in the SICF.
Hope this helps.
