Blank page for app Track Sales Orders

Hello,

  I installed and configured my first app My Timesheet, now it is working. I am looking into Track Sales Orders.

But when I launch the app in http://host:port/sap/bc/ui5_ui5/sap/ui5_sd_so_mon/index.html, I saw a nearly blank screen.

The error shows: "Call to success handler failed: Object [object Object] has no method 'setSubHeader' -  sap.ui2.srvc "

Can anyone help?

Please update the notes for Ui5 Add on your gateway system. 1852767 has two notes bundled together. Please download the notes 1852699,1866303 and install them in your gateway. This should resolve the issue. This is related to UI5 version.

Hi:

We have the same issue -

Object [object Object] has no method 'setSubHeader' -  sap.ui2.srvc

Create Sales Order shows up blank in the browser, except for a header and the logout button.

We have SAPUI5 release 100 with Support Pack 4

Do we need the later support pack?
