Please help me to solve the below Issue,
For Couple of Partners are Getting SPL Block Again & Again, after releasing form SPL Block in the GTS System,
Note:No Address were changed in the Master Data & Sales order.

Could you please check if the oss note 1740795 resolve your issue? This is for the similar cause only..
Also check if you have not activated the indicator "Take Past Check Results into Account" in the node SPRO > GTS> Compliance management> SPL screening > Control settings for SPL screening

We have not checked the Below indicator in our system,
Also check if you have not activated the indicator "Take Past Check Results into Account" in the node SPRO > GTS> Compliance management> SPL screening > Control settings for SPL screening
We will check this Indicator and still Problem Exists we will go for Note 1740795 Corrections.

Yes, we have a Batch Jobs for Transferring the Data,
We Have checked the Address Data and Data is Same in Both Systems.

Hi Sunil,
Please check the date and time the table 'BUT000' in GTS system is updated for the partners which is getting blocked in recurring manner. These are the fields 'CHDAT' and 'CHTIM'. If this matches with the date and time of your batch jobs for master data transfer from the feeder system, then we can confirm that the BP transfer is recurring and which will probably due to the address format differences (as I mentioned in my previous reply) or the change pointer settings for IDOC.

How is the set up in you system to transfer the Partner from feeder system ? Are there any batch jobs which is transferring the data from Feeder system to GTS system ? If so, please check in audit trail table '/SAPSLL/ADRCON' the time of the screening and cross check whether it matches with the batch job run. Also check table BUT000 is getting updated in GTS system.
If its the above case, then the partners are transferred to GTS again and again mostly due to a mismatch in the configuration of address parameters in feeder and GTS systems. An example is the table format of TSAD3. This table has the information such as the Title for the address. The entries in Feeder system should match to the entries in GTS.
