12-month Leaderboard

Question to moderator for this forum,why we don't have "12-month Leaderboard" like other forums?

This forum is not included for Topic leader of the year 2012-2013.

Does the unavailability of leadership board was the reason?

I can see other forum which are as small as this one , but present in the list, only ERP PLM Classification and variant configuration is missing.
