Credit memo REFX

Hello Gurus

What is the best way of processing a credit memo in REFX . I do not think that creating a credit condition and assigning it to the contract conditions would be the best way , since this is not a condition  neither is it a planned process that should be assigned to the contract conditions.

How should I process this in REFX?

I managed to create a credit memo using RERAOP -one time posting . In this way I can create this as an independent posting from the contract though I can still relate to contract items.

I created the credit conditions for customer and assigned the flow type to  credit posting activity for  customer.

We decided not to use RERAOP as it didn't work with our customized smartform, instead we use a one time condition. Instead of a Periodic posting select one-time from the drop-down. This has the advantage of also being shown on the simulation screen with the conditions.
