Hi Folks,
Posting this weird issue regarding SSO to SAP GRC AC 10 from enterprise portal. After having configured SSO from SAP Enterprise Portal to SAP GRC AC 10, the GRC landing page opens up fine, with links enabled as per the logged in user. However, clicking on any of the hyperlinks – Work Inbox, Access Request etc – results in the error : "Page not found or not available". Refer attached snapshot. Any thoughts on what this could be due to, and how we can resolve this ?
Thanks,
Veena
Be sure to have your Portal/ BASIS admin ensure that the System ID and Alias' are maintained to point to the proper system. Default value for GRC portal iViews are pointed to System = SAP-GRC so there will need to be a System Alias which points to the System ID which was created for the targeted back-end connection to your GRC system.

We had the same issue. We configured the NWBC to Launch in new window when click on the Iview. When we used the embeded in portal option we got the same results as you.

Hi Veena,
Check the values of the following 2 parameters and set them to suitable values, for example:
login/create_sso2_ticket = 2
login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1
