PRRW Trip Settlement status does not changed from Canceled to Canc.Posted to FI

I have created a Travel Request with the following status

from : Req. Recorded_To Be Settd

to : Request Approvd_Settled

to : Request Approvd_Canceled

In 4.7, if I run PRRW, a posting run is created with status "Zero posting" and the trip status changed to Request Approvd_Canc.Posted to FI successfully.

However, in ECC6, I follow the same process, NO POSTING RUN is created and the trip status still remained as Request Approvd_Canceled. It does not changed to Request Approvd_Canc.Posted to FI.

Would you please advise how can I create ZERO Posting and change the trip status to Canc.Posted to FI ?

a colleague has answered/summarized the system bahviour it in a OSS message.

But For all other Travel community members:

yes, indeed. We changed this upon numerous customer request.

We don't select trips in status 'cancelled' anymore for any transfere

(FI, Payroll, DME), it the trip was not transferred once before.

It simply has no sense and the trip status 'posting cancelled' and

' cancellation posted to FI' and the same for the other transfere

statuses is completely missleading for such trips.

Here I cannot give you another answer. It is not possible to

post such trips again.
